Vinyasa Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a modified style of vinyasa yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another using breath. We use chair modification to assist with balance and reduce stress on joints. Join me virtually through zoom - we will connect before the start of each class and after each class. We want to love your practice and be at ease.

Class length 50 minutes.
