Interval Training Fitness Class

Moderate to high intensity interval exercise class utilizing cardiovascular fitness, weight strengthening, and core fitness moves promoting elevated energy, mood, and motivation levels; cardiovascular health; strength; and improvement in overall fitness level. We do 1 minute mod/high intensity cardio move then rest it with a strength or core exercise for 30-60 second interval. Come join me and get energized. Class length 40-45 minutes which includes a warm up and cool down. NOW in person the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at 0900 at the Union Grove Municipal Building - $12.00 at the door. Bring a pair of hand weights (5-8 lbs), a mat for floor work, and water.

Please know that I will offer anyone the chance to modify moves to fit their bodies and capabilities. There is NO judgment or expectations on you! Simply, get moving and have fun doing it.
