Welcome to Winter and Happy Monday!

Snow has finally made it's appearance to many places even South Carolina! Nice to know there are still some warm places left we can escape to and catch some sun and Vitamin D. My friend Char in Arizona keeps reminding me! I spent part of my Saturday hiking the Skuppernong Trailhead in Kettle Moraine with great friends - beautiful snow covered trails with a little flurrying to give you that peaceful snowfall feeling.
2022 is in full swing now.
What is your word or phrase for the year? Mine is Trust. Yours might be moderation, self-control, or love.
Reflect on your habits, things you are looking to adjust, improve, add, change. Find a word that supports those changes to help you stay accountable. Share with a friend or a loved one and ask them to check in on you once in awhile. When your confidence or patterns or actions start wavering, meditate on that word and watch good things happen.
We wrapped up Sugar Buster week last Friday and my partner in wellness, part of the Sister Squad, Pam Dunwald at Cabin Creek, shared many posts during the week featuring “Sugar". You may also have caught her interview with me talking about Now and Zen and the classes that are offered.

We made it!! For those who took part and completed the 5 Day Sugar Buster program, you can work with me to decide on the next steps. Congrats!!! Next Sugar Buster January 23, 2022. This will be the last one until March. You can also do the self directed program that comes in the Reset Kit box if you would rather not participate in the group. Some enjoy the community and the support and other rather do it on your own. If you do the group you have life long membership in the FB group and you get several free resources from Dr Karen Wolfe from the Wellpro team. Both ways are great, you pick whatever is right for you!
Sugar Buster Program #2: January 23-January 28 - Email me if you would like to join.
If you would like a Reset kit - here is a link for you: Sugar Buster Reset Kit or I have one I can provide to you.
Have a wonderful week!
Reset, Rejuvenate, Renew
Be YOU!
