As always, pop in on any one of the classes above that you have time for. I'd love to have you join me. My classes are affordable, small, easy to follow, modifications for you to find less/more challenge, and very convenient...SAVE ON GAS AND TRAVEL. Get a quick yoga session in and you will be glad you did. Let me know if you want to HIIT it during the week or lunch hour - I am open to suggestions!
